For seafood enthusiasts, Bistro Suzette’s signature seafood tower is an irresistible choice and the perfect way to experience the very best of the region's pristine waters. Featuring Mooloolaba prawns, Moreton Bay bug tails, Pacific rock oysters, and New Zealand green lip mussels, all complemented by an array of classic condiments, it’s the ultimate taste of the sea. 

An on-site patisserie and skilled pastry team means no experience to Bistro Suzette is complete without dessert.
